APS alumni secretariat is formed to mobilize the APS alumni body and facilitate and guide activities to create opportunities for alumnx and enhance the connection among alumni members.  The Secretariat is made of multiple workgroups that have key functions of a). Manage Communication & Media Outreach, b) Facilitate Alumni-led Initiatives & Career Development, c) Management of Alumni Database & Events.

The secretariat members will work with Alumni Relations Officer at UPEACE to initiate, conduct and monitor the APSAN activities. The secretariat is volunteer engagement. However, a volunteer reimbursement will be applied to the secretariat members in valuing their contribution.
